The external insulation wall of rock wool board, consisting of four parts, i.e. wall structure layer, insulating layer, protective layer and facing layer, is applied to the external wall of rock wool insulation board, and has good insulation effect. Moreover, it is widely used in such industries as ship, metallurgy, electric power and building. The rock wool products have wide application, are applicable to the industries, such as building, petroleum, electric power, metallurgy, textiles, national defense and transportation, and thus are the ideal material for thermal insulation and sound absorption of pipeline storage tank, boiler, flue, heat exchanger, fan, vehicle and ship and other industries.
1. After mobilization, The rock wool materials must be provided with the factory certificate and inspection report, and can be subjected to the installation construction after passing the reexamination.
2. After the keel is constructed, the fire-proof glass wool insulating layer shall be paved in the keel mezzanine, and the glass wool external insulation wall consists of wall structure layer, insulating layer and facing layer having clear functions. The main key technology to complete the external insulation wall is: connection mode of insulating layer and structure layer.

Connection mode of insulating layer and structure layer: the connection mode of insulating layer and structure layer is to fixe with 8*120 expansion bolt, wherein 6 expansion bolts are provided on each glass wool board, the glass wool board is 80 thick and the plaster layer is 15 thick. In order to guarantee that the depth that the expansion bolt is anchored into the structure layer is more than 25, the mark shall be made on the drill to guarantee that the thickness of glass wool board has no negative difference, and moreover, it has convenient construction method and good durability, and is fire-resistant, safe and reliable. 4. Installation of rock wool insulation board:
5. Arrangement requirement of rock wool insulation board: staggered paving is
carried out by 1/2 board length along the horizontal direction according to the standard complete breadth (specification: 1200*600) from bottom to top horizontally. The panel shall be vertically staggered, connected and fixed by starting from the
corner of wall, to guarantee that the corner is straight and vertical. The rock wool insulation boards at the external and internal corners are interlocked in the staggered manner. The glass wool at the corners of door and window openings shall not be spliced, the complete rock wool insulation board shall be cut into the notch to be vertical to the board, and the corners of wall shall be pasted and fixed with the same insulation board.
6. The paying mode shall be firstly designed before using the rock wool insulation board. For the calculation size, the clipping and blanking shall be carried out, the straightness error of cut edge shall be less than 5mm, the abutted seam shall not be more than 2mmm, and the gaps between the boards shall be bonded with special adhesive tape.
7. The rock wool insulation board shall be paved by connecting from top to bottom mutually, and shall be paved in order; and when meeting the door and window openings, it shall meet the requirement of relevant atlas. For the treatment of water resistance of rock wool insulation board system and its special parts, the length and width of rock wool insulation board shall be determined according to the site of wall parts. In the process of installing the rock wool insulation board, many construction and installation personnel do not know the sequence of factors. The same rock wool insulation board shall be used at the corner of wall for pasting and fixing.

Water resistance and moisture resistance: each rock wool board is packaged with small plastic bag, and before installation, it shall inspect whether the plastic bag is damaged, and the small plastic bag shall be attached in case of damage; before the stone is not hung at the top that the rock wool board has be constructed and is glued, it shall be covered with the plastic cloth to prevent the rain from leaking the interior of glass wool board; the parts exposed at the corner of glass wool board shall be pasted firmly with the aluminum foil strip having the same material with the surface course; and the silicone sealant must be put in the stone seams tightly.
3. Prevention of hot bridge. The iron members embedded on each structural layer shall be welded with the main keel, the embedded parts are called a the hot bridge here, and Portland cement mortar of 15 thick is plastered inside each edge beam to separate the hot bridge.
4. After the fire-proof incombustible glass wool is paved completely, it shall inspect the anchoring point and flatness of glass wool board and bond quality between connected boards, and the dry hanging stone work can be conducted after being qualified. Removal of scaffold: the granite board must be passed the acceptance of supervision unit and wind pressure test and water pouring test after its construction. The removal of scaffold shall be carried out. While the removal of scaffold, the specially-assigned person must guard, to prevent damaging the mobile finished product.

accordance with the requirement of design drawing and construction acceptance

The rock wool board surface shall not be exposed for a long time, and in order to prevent the rock wool board from being affected with damp, each rock wool board is packaged with small plastic bag, the glass wool board shall be covered with the plastic cloth at the top of wall, the rock wool board shall be timely subjected to the application for inspection after installation, the dry hanging stone shall be installed outside it, and the silicone sealant shall be put, to prevent the water seepage when raining.
12. When inspecting, the standard value of tensile bearing capacity of single anchor bolt shall not be less than 0.3KN.
13. When installing the rock wool board, the board slots shall be squeezed tightly, the adjacent boards shall be parallel, the gaps between the board shall not be more than 2mm, and the height difference between the boards shall not be more than 1.5mm.
14. The environment temperature of external insulation construction shall not be lower than 5℃, the construction shall be prohibited in case of gale above Class 5 and rainy weather, the requirement for quality deviation shall conform to the relevant provisions.
