The review of this meeting focuses on the basalt fiber (building) insulation board project with annual output of 40000t that Zhongzhenbosheng has completed and put into operation. This project was started construction in May 2013, and at the beginning of project approval, the domestic rock wool industry was just started, the main technology in the industry was from the second generation of rock wool technology of Nanjing Fiberglass R&D Institute, the design scale of single line was 25000t/y, the actual capacity was only 20000t/y, the various process equipment was not configured perfectly, and the arioso technical and economical indexes were not ideal. Through the technical investigation in many ways, the investors and leaders of Hebei Zhongzhenbosheng New Materials Co., Ltd. consider the situation, dare to be the first, and timely adjust the single-line capacity into the design scale with annual output of 40000t. The main technology of this production line is from the international advanced and domestic leading Rockwool technology, and meanwhile, the latest technologies of GAMMA, Rongge and other rock wool equipment manufacturers with international brands are digested and absorbed; and the packaged technical equipment, such as large-diameter low-coke consumption cupola technology, fine fiber low-slag ball centrifuge technology, GAMMA drum-type wool collector technology, horizontal compensation pendulum bob technology, volume weight PID control technology, Rongge fancy roller four-section pleating technology, the fourth generation of heavy wide-board curing oven technology, thickness flat projectile technology, dustless cutting technology and PLC automation distributed control technology, is adopted to improve the project design and construction level to the fourth generation of technical level in domestic, and the loose wool, resin wool, rock wool board, rock wool roll felt and many other series of products can be considered concurrently.

This production line is completed in October 2015 and put into pilot production, and due to the higher horizontal positioning of technical equipment, incomplete decoding of automated program, concentrated outburst of equipment failure, lack of experience of production and technical management personnel, the commissioning process is relatively winding. At the beginning of commissioning, we have been full of various confusions for new process, new technology and new equipment due to failing to find the technical direction. Over time and accumulation of the experience, especially under the guidance of President Zhou and external experts, we receive the big inspiration for the understanding level of technical equipment and thinking of handling problem, and meanwhile, the operation of production line is hugely improved. Upon the summary and exploration of 12 furnace cycles before 2016, this production line has smoothly realized to reach design output and standard now, the maximum machine hour of centrifuge can reach 5.2t/h and in general, can be controlled at 3.75t/h stably, and the product quality and various technical and economical indexes achieve the expected objective.
